How does carpet cleaning work?

We clean the carpets twice a year, once in November and in May. The charge for the cleaning is $45/year and an average of $3.75/month. This will either be taken out of your security deposit once you move or charged after a full year that you have lived here (whichever comes first). We notify you a week before we start and 24 hours before your apartment will be cleaned.
