Rent is due on the 1^st of the month, not the 5^th. We grant you a 5 day grace period in the event that the 1^st falls on a weekend or you are unable to pay rent on or before the 1^st. You will be charged a late fee if your rent has not been received by 6:00 PM on the 5^th. If the 5^th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, rent must be received by 12:00 PM on Saturday. Any rent received after 12:00 PM on Saturday is late. Again, rent is due the 1^st , not the 5^th. If you anticipate your rent being late for legitimate reasons (forgetting that rent is due is NOT legitimate) or you have other difficulties in paying rent, please feel free to come in and discuss these reasons with the manager. Announcement: Due to the increasing number of after office-hours lockouts, it has become necessary to charge a fee for this service. Starting immediately, if you lock yourself out of your apartment after office hours and request that maintenance come and unlock your apartment door, you will be charged $25.00.
